Our Global Steering Committee is the guiding force behind Neurodiversity in Minds & Systems. Comprising neurodistinct leaders, industry experts, educators, advocates, and policymakers, the committee sets the strategic direction of our initiative.
Their role is to ensure that our efforts are aligned with the needs of neurodiverse communities, foster collaboration across sectors, and drive impactful, sustainable change on a global scale. Through their leadership, the committee helps shape policies, influence corporate practices, and empower grassroots innovation to create a more inclusive world for all.

Our Regional Hubs are the local engines driving the success of Neurodiversity in Minds & Systems globally. Strategically located in key regions, these hubs are the focal points for implementing our initiatives.
They tailor our global strategies to meet local needs, foster community engagement, and support grassroots projects that empower neurodistinct individuals. Each hub collaborates closely with local stakeholders, including governments, businesses, and advocacy groups, to ensure that our efforts are culturally relevant and impactful. The Regional Hubs are essential for scaling our initiatives, building regional networks, and ensuring that our mission resonates in diverse communities worldwide.

Thorkil Sonne is the founder of Specialisterne Foundation, Specialisterne Denmark, and Square Foundation, all dedicated to creating employment opportunities for neurodistinct individuals. An Ashoka and Schwab Foundation Fellow, he also chaired the Danish Government's Council for Corporate Responsibility and SDGs from 2018 to 2020.
Rob Austin
Professor, Ivey Business School

Rob Austin is a renowned expert in innovation and organizational behavior at Ivey Business School.
